All of our properties are advertised worldwide on our website, www.rightmove.co.uk. Our office is also located in the centre of Leeds.
How long will it take to sell my property?
Every property is different and therefore this question does not have a concrete answer. However, we can promise that we’ll keep you updated while working towards a realistic schedule.
Who will take pictures of my property?
To showcase your property in the best light we use a range of Cannon EOS SLR cameras with a collection of lenses resulting in professional and impressive images.
Who will conduct the viewings?
A member of our trained sales team will meet the potential purchaser at the property and accompany them around the viewing.

What is an EPC?
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) indicates how energy efficient the property is and grades the efficiency from A to G, A being the most efficient. The Energy Performance Certificate also lists ways to improve the efficiency- such as changing bulbs, installing TVR valves, timers and insulation. The certificate is valid for 10 years.
Why do I need a floor plan?
Floor plans are an important part of the sales brochure and we highly recommended selecting the floor plan option when creating your bespoke sales package. Not only will it allow potential buyers to understand the flow of your home but also provides a better idea of the property.
How do I choose the right solicitor?
Choosing the correct solicitor can be daunting and if you get it wrong, it can cost. At Cassini Properties, we work with a number of efficient and experienced solicitors that specialise in conveyancing. We are always happy to refer you.
What shall I do if I’m not happy with my current agent?
Start by talking to them and let them know why you are unhappy. Then refer to your contract to see whether you have the option of changing agents. Once signed some contracts won’t allow you to move.
